Credit Card Payment
Your safe shopping guarantee is effected through the use of paypal to complete our internet payment process, you may use all major credit and debit cards or your Paypal account if you have one
You do not need a Paypal account.
We will not send any orders without payment unless prior arrangements have been made first.
Shipping & Handling
All orders will be sent by Courier for Next Day Delivery whenever possible, so a signature is required, you can request for the courier driver to leave the parcel somewhere else, but this is at your own risk and Orchid Accessories will not be responsible for any loss.
Returns
If a product is damaged upon arrival we will exchange it, you will need to send the product back to us with a photo of the damage.
If you are not happy with any item this may be returned to us for a full refund minus postage both ways, unless the item is faulty then you will be sent a replacement at no cost to yourselves.
Delivery
All orders for despatch are subject to a minimum carriage charge of �8.99. Of course if you ask us to bring your order to a show, or for collection then no carriage charges will be made. If the final destination is outside of the UK, carriage charges will vary. Please note we can only deliver orchid plants with the UK or European Union Countries
Due to the unreliability of Royal Mail, all orders are shipped using our couriers for Next Day Delivery (whenever possible).
You may think that our shipping costs are expensive but orchids are delicate and need careful packing and handling, we do not make any money out of our shipping costs. We are constantly evaluating our carriage rates to give you the best value for money.
Shows and Events
We attend many shows and events throughout the year, look at our web site Show Calendar to see if we are in your area, we will be happy to bring your order to these events free of any delivery costs. We can notify you of our stand number. |
